Why having a proper company registered address in Singapore is important?

• The office must be open and accessible to all for at least five hours during ordinary business hours on each business day.

• For investors and other interested parties to visit your company;

• For government officials to call upon you and to inspect your company folder/documents when required;

• The regulating authorities and bodies to send their official correspondence mail such as last reminder of annual filing, new government policies, etc;

• Financial institutions/banks or legal authorities may also use registered office for sending their mail.

• The office address should be a physical office address located in Singapore.

• The address cannot be a P.O. Box.
