- A named local Director in ACRA to satisfy ACRA’s requirements
- Nominee Director has limited powers & control to the company, but his liability isn’t – for his company’s breaches of the law, he can be prosecuted
- 3-month and 6-month terms available for temporary nominee director
- A security deposit at S$2,000 are required

- Take up of an accounting and tax package or providing a s$2,000 security deposit.
NOMINEE SHAREHOLDER SERVICES
S$1,800 per annum
- A named local nominee shareholder in ACRA
- Share owner enjoy complete anonymity from the public, while at the same time, still holds complete ownership of the shares ‘held’ by the nominee shareholder.
- Share owner conceal from competitors or simply to keep one’s personal details confidential.
- Share owner will be protect by signing a nominee agreement with nominee to acknowledge that the nominee has no power over the shares and not the legal owner of the shares.
