- Liaise with Direct MOM officer in charge when
- Responding to MOM’s request for additional information as necessary
- Arranging for issuance of Work Pass upon in-principle approval
- Filing of maximum of 2 appeals within 3 months from the date of rejection as per MOM’s guideline in case of rejection of Work Pass application
- Including MOM's fees (S$360)
- 50% refund of the fee for rejected EP application

DEPENDANT PASS

- Work Pass account application
- Filing of Work Pass application
- Tracking Work Pass application status while under processing
- Liaise with Direct MOM officer in charge when
- Responding to MOM’s request for additional information as necessary
- Arranging for issuance of Work Pass upon in-principle approval

LETTER OF CONSENT (DEPENDANT PASS)

- Application of Letter of Consent for dependent’s pass holders (including appeal process)
- A Letter of Consent allows a Dependant’s Pass holder to work in Singapore
